Its working fine on Safari, Opera and Chrome on Windows, Iceweasel and Chromium on Linux, and Firefox and Chrome on Android.
I'm in the process of doing a redesign anyway so I'm not going to investigate further (or fix it) now.

I've added a with_replies checkbox that gets /user/with_replies instead of /user . Can't see much difference on the feed I tested. Let me know if it works for you...
I'm talking about more popular twitter pages. They don't show the replies at the twitter.com/username/ adress, but at twitter.com/username/with_replies

Is it possible to make it detect the replies too? It seems it's showing the retweets and the general tweets, but not the replies.

No I'm afraid I can't do that -- the home feed that you get is only accessible to you, and not publicly available. You might be able to use the code from here, but I've not tested it myself: http://blog.fogcat.co.uk/2013/01/17/creating-an-rss-feed-for-your-twitter-home-page/
Could you add one that scrapes a user's timeline, not their own tweets? That is, I'm looking for a way to get an RSS feed of what I see when I click "Home" at twitter.com, not "Me".
